Student business societies play a huge role in the culture of the School. They give students an extra connect to the School and to WIT. Societies and student involvement in them brings life and energy to campus activities. Of course, active participation is also good for the curriculum vitae. The School has two major student societies – one undergraduate and one postgraduate.
Their activities are overviewed here and can be connected to elsewhere on the web to the societies’ own pages. The School is a community – student societies are a part of this. There are many student societies and clubs in SETU Waterford and information on these can be accessed under the student life part of the Institute’s website.
