What

The Try Nursing event at the Department of Nursing and Health Care in Waterford Institute of Technology is aimed at transition, fifth and sixth year students. It is an interactive experience into the education and role of a nurse, from their beginning as a student to the vast range of opportunities available in a modern nursing career. Participants will get an opportunity to practice a range of clinical skills in a simulated environment. They will also get a chance to talk with current nursing students and meet qualified nurses from a variety of disciplines.
