Why should I study a programme in the Department of Arts?
All college courses enable you to develop your skills and to make you more employable or ready for further study. Doing an undergraduate programme in arts or humanities has an added bonus in that many of our programmes focus on the person or the human (that’s where the word ‘humanities’ comes from) and consider how graduates can enrich, enhance and improve the lives of those in our communities, our country, and around the world.
